Fixing a typo

Reply to your order confirmation within 2 hours and we'll correct it before the brush touches it. After that the ornament may already be painted, but write anyway: if it hasn't been, we'll fix it.

Something arrived wrong or broken

Send a photo of the ornament and your order number. If we misspelled a name or it broke on the way, we paint a new one and send it to you free. You don't need to send the first one back.
