Returns and remakes

Each ornament is lettered for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind.

If something's wrong, we remake it

If your ornament arrives damaged, or we made a lettering mistake, send a photo to our support email within 30 days of delivery. We'll remake it and ship it again for free. You don't need to send the original back.

Spelling

We letter names exactly as you type them, including capital letters. Please check your order before you pay. If you spot a typo after ordering, email us within 2 hours and we'll fix it before lettering starts.

Your legal rights

Personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day EU right of withdrawal. Your statutory guarantee against defects still applies.
