How personalization works

Names

Each figure gets one name, up to 10 characters. You can use letters (including accents like é and ñ), numbers, spaces, and the symbols . ' & -. Emoji can't be painted, so the form removes them.

Which name goes where

When you click into a name field on the product page, the matching figure lights up on the photo. Names are placed from left to right.

Banner line

Most designs have room for a short line on the base, up to 26 characters. A year, a family name or a short wish works well: "The Garcias 2026" or "Our first Christmas".

Pets

If the design includes a dog or cat, its name goes in the matching field like everyone else's.

The preview

The preview shows where each name will go and roughly how it will look. Your letterer paints by hand, so the final lettering will have its own character.
