Refund policy

Every Merry Names ornament is personalized with the names you type, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If something is wrong, we remake it. If your ornament arrives damaged, or we made a lettering mistake, email a photo and your order number to hello@merrynames.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll make a new one and send it to you free. You don't need to send the original back.

Spelling. We letter names exactly as you type them, including capital letters, so please check your order before you pay. If you spot a typo, reply to your order confirmation within 2 hours and we'll fix it before lettering starts.
